Santiago was an amazing agent for us as we were looking to move from DC to a quieter area in Maryland. He paid very close attention to what we liked and didn't like in the homes we viewed. So much so that he was able to articulate what we wanted better than we could. His advice was always spot on and insightful. He made a difficult process easy and fun. My wife and I highly recommend Annapolis area real estate agent Santiago Navarro-Monzo, whom we carefully chose to represent us in the sale of our one-of-a-kind custom home on the beautiful Severn River. Our home of 30 years was a very special place deserving of Class-A representation. Santiago delivered that representation exceptionally well.

Selling the home in which we raised our family and hosted friends for decades was an emotional milestone fully appreciated by Santiago, who thoughtfully counseled us through the processes of preparing it for sale and then showing it. He brought in a team of advisers on decluttering, staging, potential repairs or improvements, etc. He also arranged for exceptional daytime and nighttime photography and videography, and even a drone shoot, to show our home at its finest. His marketing plan encompassed all of his impressive network of real estate industry contacts, plus all important online sites and key publications, including a two-page featured article in the nationwide real estate magazine published by the Wall Street Journal. He left no stone unturned.

Selling a home is stressful enough at any time without the overlay of a worldwide pandemic causing uncertainty in the marketplace and challenging the normal methods for house showings. Santiago's calm demeanor was reassuring and confidence-inspiring throughout the process. He helped us successfully navigate these difficult waters to achieve a successful sale. We can't thank Santiago enough. We consider him not only a fine real estate agent, but also a great friend.

When trying to choose an agent who would be best suited to what's important to me e.g. personality, experience in the price range of my home, waterfront or non-waterfront etc., I take into account things like does he or she promptly return my calls or reply to an e-mail and when the call or e-mail is returned does his or her reply suggest that he or she took the time to think about the reply and is then able to walk me through the process of trying to decide what to do or which way to go. Long story short I ended up asking Santiago to represent me in the sale of my home and couldn't be happier with the way it worked out, especially with some of the ups and downs along the way...and for always going the extra mile.
