If I can choose someone in representing myself and my investment property, I would choose Sara again. I am still in shock at how smooth the whole process was. Living in a different city can be somewhat difficult, but she made sure to communicate with me at all times, she gave me realistic advice, she was flexible, she saw my vision and on top of it all, I was able to relax through this process. Sara (Sarita) provided her services as we embarked on the journey of looking for a house in this crazy market. She was very responsive to our requests and even showed us houses that other realtors had no access to; shows you she is well connected in the Tri-Cities real estate network. Communication was critical for us; she went above and beyond on communicating with us at every stage of the process (setting up showings, discussing listings, strategizing offers, bidding, and closing). She set us up with daily updates and was continuously available to discuss what was new on the market and what strategy we should use for a winning bid. She gave us a lot of options to look at within our budget and location/ built preference. She’s is someone I would recommend and continue working with in future Real Estate transactions.

Sara was one of the best people to work with! She was quick to respond and sometimes got us appointments to see a house less then an hour after sending her the request. As first time home buyers, she helped us navigate this crazy market, and responded to all of our questions no matter the time of day. She was also a great negotiator and had a lot of good advice when it came time to making an offer on the house we wanted. We had some issues with our financing that caused our closing date to be pushed out a little further and Sara was amazing at working with the seller’s realtor. She was with us every step of the way and made the entire process so much easier. She also is very knowledgeable about local companies to work with for inspections and even offered up several companies that could help with house stuff (things I never knew you had to do until I bought a home). Not only is she great at her job but she also a fun person to be around. Her positive attitude and sense of humor made every showing that much more enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Sara was amazing helping my family and I find our first home. She was extremely patient with us and always willing to help. We probably viewed at least 20 houses with her and she was always on top of it and got us in as soon she could (sometimes I would message her a home and she would set up an appointment within an hour!).
