Sara Clephane

Sara Clephane has 20 years of experience in the luxury real estate market. She currently represents both buyers and sellers and specializes in residential architecture and design-centric homes. Past sales have included homes by famed architects Richard Neutra, Ed Fickett, Harwell Hamilton Harris, Lorcan O’Herlihy, Vaughan Trammell, Coop Himmelblau, Pierre Koenig, Frank Israel, Josef Van der Kar, Jerry Lomax, and Ricardo Legorreta. She is also part of Deasy Penner’s successful multi-unit division.

Licensed in California, New York and Florida, Sara started her career in Miami working with developers and professional athletes. She was recruited to New York City as Director of Sales for new development and went on to become a Senior Vice President/Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman New York.

Sara spent many years specializing in new development and international sales. She has assisted and educated international buyers in purchasing US properties by conducting seminars, producing events, and participating in exhibitions in Italy, France, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela and Panama. She has also lived extensively around the world. These experiences have given her a vast worldwide network of contacts.
