We were blown away by what a truly excellent job Sara did as our agent. She is an excellent negotiator - we had a home sale contingency in a really difficult market. The Spokane region is lucky to have such a dedicated, professional and hard working realtor like Sara in its midst. It’s very apparent that she truly cares about her clients and excels in the hard work she puts into helping them fulfill their home buying or selling dreams. :) Sara advocates for her clients with tenacity especially in this market that’s become so bonkers. My husband I worked with Sara just a couple months ago to purchase a mixed use building for our law practice. Sara was an amazing realtor throughout this entire process. She was knowledgeable, hardworking and professional. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure we received the best outcome. She worked tirelessly with the seller’s realtor to make sure we had a smooth transition. She worked closely with our financing consultant so that all questions were answered and she did what was necessary to make sure all went through timely and without trouble. Despite a few set backs, Sara never gave up. She continued to work with us even after our first offer fell through until we were able to find the perfect home for the perfect price. I can’t imagine doing another real estate transaction without Sara Koenig. Her preparedness, knowledge and overall skill creates a pleasant experience that you can feel confident about when selling a home. She is positive but a realist, and has a strategy for each property, not a blanket strategy across a market of which many realtors trap themselves and their clients into. Her overall marketing is top notch and I’m sure my house trending on Zillow as #1 in the market and going for over the asking price was because of Sara fully embracing a marketing plan, even in a hot market. I fully endorse Sara as a knowledgeable and quality realtor, but also as a truly lovely person to be around!

I could write a novel on how great Sara is. I was living in California and wanting to buy in Spokane to be closer to family. Sara would go to listings for me and film the whole house. For 2 years she did this for me with a smile on her face. She is amazing! Day or night she would always get back to me. I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through the whole process. I literally could not of done it without her. I would of given up lol She has so much knowledge and always knew someone who could help with home inspections and everything else that goes with buying a home. That really help, especially with me not being from the area. I now have the perfect home. Thanks to all of her patience and positivity.
