When Sara was 14, she started working at her uncle Michael Koss’s real estate office to earn some spending money and put her young mathematical mind to work. Growing up with Michael, who raised her, exposed her to various aspects of the industry from the inside out. She is a musician who loves architecture and design. She spent years touring the world playing music and living abroad. Her passion for design led her to work as an architectural color consultant helping people unite and enhance their environments with color. Eventually, she bought her own house and a duplex as investment. Both experiences made her start thinking about Real Estate.
In 2015, she reconnected with her friend Bryony Atkinson who she had met 20 years ago through music. Bryony has been an agent in Los Angeles and New York for the past 14 years. She founded Maisonre, a unique Real Estate firm and home goods mercantile, which caters to creatives and anyone looking for an alternative to the conventional Real Estate buying and selling experience. She has created a boutique agency that Sara fits right into. This atmosphere combines her love of people with her love of design which makes this work so much fun for her.
