Sara Oclassen

In addition to her appreciation of home and design, what Sara loves most about her career in real estate is the connection with her clients and being part of a major life milestone. As a third generation Boulder native, Sara is happy to share her experience of growing up and living in this beautiful place and serves buyers and sellers throughout the region. Both of Sara’s parents were born in Boulder and her grandmother was raised just outside of Lyons, Colorado, so her roots run deep. As a native Boulderite, she has many circles in town, including longtime friends of her family, her friends from elementary, junior, and high school, fellow CU alums, contacts through working at the local newspaper, former clients from her days as a travel agency owner, parents she jas met throughout her children’s school years and fellow tennis players on the recreational circuit. She is enthusiastic and excited to assist her clients in buying or selling their home. In fact, Sara’s clients would describe her as initiative-taking, collaborative and genuine. She collaborates with their best interests at the forefront.
