Sarah Parez was engaged through my company to help us settle in the US as part of my employment relocation to US. Sarah helped me and my family with a number of start-up services which was of great help to us. What stood out was her invaluable efforts in short-listing houses for rent which we initially started off with, accompanying us to each of these places, sharing useful info on what to look for and was adaptable to quickly providing us options on homes for purchase when let her know of our willingness to explore this option in addition to Renting. Sarah was very kind all through and guided us with subtle aspects of dealing with the builder/developer and guided us throughout the process! Finally, we ended up buying a house. Working with the right realtor can vastly improve the home buyer’s experience. Sara Perez went above and beyond numerous times during our house hunting and later negotiations with the seller.
