Real Estate websites generally do not allow entry without divulging one's email address or phone number. Then the deluge starts. If one does not quickly open the checkbook, they lose interest just as quickly. Sara was the exception and patiently took us through many homes on our 4 trips down to Florida in our quest for a winter home. She quickly realized that we were looking in the wrong market (due to our lack of experience in purchasing opportunities in Florida) and steered us in the right direction. After purchasing our home, we quickly realized that the after-the-sale support is probably the most important factor, and the deal is simply NOT complete until the purchaser has all the paperwork legalized, title transferred, all taxes, all fees, and utilities looked after. This is Sara's other strength. She led us patiently and professionally through all our dealings and proved to be a very hard worker and a tribute to her profession. We have recommended her to friends and would not hesitate to continue promoting our realtor. We call her ours because outside the arena of business, we have become friends with Sara and her husband.
