There are not enough characters given here to properly express the gratitude we have for Sarah Jo! We were first-time buyers and dealing with a VA loan, and we had no idea what we were doing! The entire process seemed really confusing as people who had never purchased before. Luckily, Sarah Jo was a total expert and walked us through step by step and made the entire thing feel so much more secure! We looked at homes for almost TWO YEARS before we found the perfect one. Along the way, we put multiple offers in and had them fall through because of inspections or something similar and it was sooo discouraging. I felt like we would never find one that worked perfectly for us and Sarah Jo really stuck with us and made sure we knew the right house was out there. She stayed patient when we were indecisive, she was flexible with our schedules and beyond supportive during the confusing financing pieces. She helped us find our perfect first home and we are forever grateful.
