About Sarah

Sarah Martin has been in Charlotte now for seventeen years and could not love a city more. Originally from Orlando, Florida, she moved to Charlotte after graduating from Florida State University. Charlotte was a young town with great opportunity, and it remains one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities with a strong job market. Charlotte is now her adopted home, and who would not fall in love with the tree-lined street canopies, blossoming culinary scene, various unique and vibrant neighborhoods, and beautiful mountains just a short drive away?

Outside of real estate, Sarah loves to find outdoor events in one of Charlotte’s parks or neighborhood “downtowns,” and she loves to take weekend trips to the beach, lake, or mountains. Whether it is Dilworth, Midwood, Elizabeth, Myers Park or another in-town neighborhood, she loves to get out and see what new events The Queen City is offering her citizens.

Sarah is savvy at helping clients buy and sell in all quadrants of the in-town Charlotte area and would love to help you with your slice of Charlotte. Her grandmother and real estate mentor, who sold real estate in Chicago and Orlando for nearly fifty years, was right.
