Sarah Monceaux

Sarah absolutely loves the Charlottesville area and has lived at Lake Monticello since 2008. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Sarah worked in finance at the University of Virginia for 10 years. Go Hoos! She graduated from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Communication Studies.

Sarah currently lives at Lake Monticello in Fluvanna County. She serves as a Board Member for the Lake Monticello Community Foundation as well as on the board for the Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation. She is a proud member of Fluvanna’s Women in Business, Fluvanna Chamber of Commerce, and graduated from the Fluvanna Leadership Development Program in 2017. She is also a proud member of WRC, NAR, CAAR, and VR.
Sarah is honored to be recognized by the CAAR (Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors) as a member of the Professional Honor Society Class since 2009. She completed her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) certification and At Home with Diversity Training.
