About Sarah
Treating clients like family is a guiding principle for Sarah. Her prior careers covered a vast array of fields; from public speaking and marketing to veterinary technology and customer service, all while simultaneously earning both a bachelor's degree in Psychology at University of Toledo as well as completing the Post-BA Medical Studies program at Columbia University. It is these experiences along with her empathy, keen listening skills, and problem-solving have helped her to develop an approach that is both educational and human and tailored to each client's individual needs.
Sarah started her career in real estate over 8 years ago with her initial focus on boutique and loft sales in Northern Brooklyn. Both her adaptability and aptitude earned her Rookie of the Year and shortly thereafter she took on the role of Senior Managing Director for two successful Brooklyn offices. While agent training and development was a joy for Sarah, she missed the day-to-day interactions with buyers and sellers, and returned as an Associate Broker, and joined the Hustis /Jovanovic Team in 2020 where she feels truly at home.
In her representation of homeowners and sellers, Sarah is committed to listening to her clients' needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. She is fully committed to the care, integrity, and exceptional customer service, which goes into the home buying and selling process. So, whether buying your first home, a pied-a-terre, selling, or seeking that dream residence, Sarah's extensive knowledge of navigating the complicated terrain of NYC co-op boards, condominiums, 1031 exchanges, and investment acquisition helps make that dream, whatever it might be, closer to becoming true.
