Sarah is very efficient and effective! Very speedy to get our property listed, within a few days of us inquiring. She’s very thorough, we felt she walked us through everything well but she works efficiently making the process flow smoothly/easily and not feel like it’s dragging or daunting. Her marketing for properties is done in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner giving the best marketing in town for local properties listed. She also works hard to network with other realtors in the metro area, our house actually sold due to some networking on her end! We definitely recommend her!

Sarah is absolutely amazing. She explains things in detail so that you have a good understanding of what services she provides, and helping you to understand the process of becoming a homeowner. Always answered any and every question I had. She is very patient also, as we looked at about 20 to 30 homes before purchase. And she never pressured me into making a forced decision. I felt confident in buying my 1st home kudos to her. We closed on the 1st home I offered on. It was a delight to work with Sarah and Realty Group. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Sarah helped us buy our first home in 2015 and then sell it and helped us get our 2nd home in 2020. I felt like she had our back through it all. She was professional and knowledge and was so patient walking us through all the steps of selling and buying. And! she's got a great sense of humor, is really personable, it felt really easy to work with her. She found us such a great home in a great neighborhood, I don't think we will move ever again but if we do, it will for sure be with Sarah.

Sarah came into our lives when we were the most stressed having already moved out of state for work and found out we hired an agent that paid little attention to details and made some horrific mistakes in listing our house.
Without an agent, a house that needed to be sold, and us not even being in the area, we reached out to Sarah. From the very beginning, we knew we had the right agent. In just a couple days, Sarah was able to work her magic and put our house back on the market. Within three days, we had 30+ walk throughs, hundreds of viewings online, and almost 100 saves. Even better, we received an offer we couldn't resist in record time. Sarah truly knows her stuff.

We (my brother,sister and I) had the pleasure of hiring Sarah Rosen to sell our Dad's house following his recent passing.

We could tell after meeting with Sarah for the first time that she would be the perfect person to sell our Dad's house. She is friendly, smart, very personable and makes a great first impression. She exhibited a strong knowledge of the real estate business in our initial meeting and she proved that every day we worked with her.

Sarah was everything we were looking for in an agent. We ended up selling the house in about a week for the price we were hoping for. We were not in a rush to sell and were prepared to wait for the right offer but she was able to make things happen quick. We would have been just as happy with her even if the house hadn't sold so quickly. We were confident she knew the business and would guide us properly. She did.

During the selling process Sarah was extremely responsive to any inquiries or questions. She was very knowledgeable about the process of selling the house and answered numerous questions at all times of the day and night promptly.
She was extremely dedicated to helping us sell the house and we constantly were impressed with her work ethic and professionalism.

Sarah was very attentive to our needs and worked her best to meet them. In this situation she didn't have to just deal with one seller but three of them! Text message and email threads would get long at times with all of us having different opinions but Sarah was excellent in guiding us all through the process and sifting through the various thoughts from the three of us.

Never once did we feel Sarah was exerting pressure on us to do one thing or another. Sarah did give us good advice and showed us all the alternatives but said the decisions were ours to make. We felt good doing that because she had shown us all the various possibilities for each scenario.

Everything went very smoothly for us from start to finish and Sarah had us prepared for various contingencies in case things didn't go right. We couldn't speak more highly of Sarah and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.

Firstly, I like to say, almost 3.5 years ago I was done viewing homes with my former realtor. Well, my husband arrived home talking about how he met Sarah, the realtor, at some taco place and he felt confident that she knew her craft just by waiting in line for his food order. We gave it another shot, even though, we were a young couple with no idea of what we really want in a home.

Sarah was more than what we expected. Sarah ended- up finding us our first affordable and renovated home in the heart of South Saint Paul. In the meantime, I attended a financial course while in my first home and paid off our debts except for the mortgage. My husband and I wanted our dream home before we start paying off our mortgage so we contacted Sarah. This time we had a plan of what we want in our future dream home, the price range, neighborhood/ school system, and home structure (internal and external). Sarah worked non-stopped and now we are in our dream home - Cottage Grove.

Finally, Sarah was more than what we expected because she listened to our wants and needs, gave thorough advice, told us the process step by step, and most importantly she gave clear communication and did a lot of check-ins that made us feel valued. My most take away was how she explained the selling part of our home and her connections with other realtors to make things happen. As an educator, I know a hard-driven worker when I see one - which is not many. However, Sarah is definitely Hard-Working and Committed to her clients along with having High Expectations for herself that is driven by her own passion and self-motivation. I will be forever grateful that God had led my husband in meeting Sarah almost 4 years ago.
