Sarah Sass

Sarah Sass is an 8th generation Charlestonian and life-long resident of Charleston. She attended Wando High School and The College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Sarah joined Sass Herrin and Associates as an appraiser in 2009 and continues to appraise today. Her knowledge of the low country and appraisal background is crucial in pricing properties and deriving value. Sarah’s background in appraising and her relational skills made for a natural transition into real estate. The most exciting part for Sarah is her multi-generational clients which span from first time home buyers to retirees.

Sarah lives in Mt. Pleasant and is an active member of St. Andrews Mt. Pleasant and Charleston Area Young Life. Outside of work you can find her fishing a late afternoon floodtide, playing pickleball, riding around on the boat or hanging out with her nearest and dearest. There is no greater feeling than finding your place and she is excited to help you do that!
