Sarah Wallace Scott is a dedicated real estate advisor who combines deep market knowledge with a passion for ethical, sustainable living. Sarah holds a BFA from the Academy of Art University and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She is a certified community naturalist, an award-winning Realtor, and an active member of the National Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. Her expertise includes green building practices, energy efficiency consulting, and guiding clients through the real estate process with transparency, education, and heart.
A trusted advocate for nonprofits and creatives, Sarah is also known for donating a portion of her proceeds to organizations that support environmental justice and equity in housing. She’s passionate about finding creative, mission-aligned spaces for community change-makers across the Denver Metro area.
Originally from Evergreen, Colorado, Sarah now calls Denver home. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her in the mountains, the garden, or her art studio, alongside her wife, dog, and two cats.
