Thank you so much for stopping by! My name is Sarah Solaita. I am an Army spouse who has been in the Fort Liberty/Bragg area for over 20 years (WOW). I have over 16 years experience in Real Estate with 7 of them being in new construction. Being in the area for so long, I have learned the market inside and out! I have familiarized myself with all the neighborhoods and their proximity to the major employment markets such as Ft. Liberty and Cape Fear Hospital to name a few. Oh and the food...Yep I have a great food list if you're a foodie like me (it's always helpful to know the great food spots when you're moving)!!
I love helping first time home buyers and fellow military families buying a new home or selling their existing home. We all know PCS time can be stressful. I'm here to take care of you to and take the stress away, or at least minimize it (there's no such thing as stress free PCS...lol).
