I am a Realtor that has been in your shoes - before being licensed in the state of Florida to assist the public buy and sell their properties. I made all the mistakes that you can think of when I purchased my first home twenty years ago. When I began working in Real Estate and learned all that is involved in a transaction, I just wanted to get out there and be an educator to the people while representing them. I want my clients to be informed and learn through out the whole process, while I coordinate the important things and make it as smooth as possible for them. I have cultivated long term relationships through out my career since 2005, because of my dedication to my clients and because it not about a sale; my dedication is about helping a family with a major life event that causes the sale or purchase of a home.
