Savannah Wyker

Savannah Z. Wyker is originally from St. Louis, but, coming from a family of service men and women, grew up all over the U.S.. She moved to Tampa when she was 10 and now calls the Sunshine State her forever home.

She has been awarded top "35 Under 35 Realtors" in 2023 out of 26,000 regional agents (of which she was in the top 1% of producers), nominated as "Rising Star" by 'Real Producers' Magazine, and was invited to join the Premier | Sotheby's International Realty team - an honor which she gladly accepted!

After going to high school in Boca Raton, she moved up to Orlando to attend UCF for a degree in Art History. While studying, she presented research in Rome, was the President of multiple student organizations, and worked three jobs to put herself through school without any debt. She graduated cum laude and was chosen as one of the top female leaders at UCF by her professors and community leaders. Before making the jump to real estate, she had worked her way up to the Gallery Director position at a Fine Art firm where she handled business and events with artists, interior designers, museum boards, developers, and the public.

So, why did she jump? Well, in short, she wanted to serve others in a greater capacity. Growing up, she saw her strong, single mom sell houses in Missouri, and she always marveled at her mom's perseverance, uncanny wit, and relentless grit. As a child, Savannah wanted to follow in her mom's footsteps, and after dabbling in curation, design, and fine art, she finally made her inner child's dreams come true by pursuing a career in Real Estate!

Savannah's overall goal is to be a servant leader: to lead with a humble yet powerful heart. In every avenue of life, she gives her all and yearns for others to feel loved, respected, and safe. When she isn't hustling for her clients, you can catch her leading worship at church, thrifting vintage goods, or hunting for shark teeth at a nearby sandbar!
