Scott Beard

Scott has a passion for real estate and has excelled in the real estate industry over the past 22 years. He spent 14 years in the new home building industry working for several national builders. He has extensive knowledge of the construction process from breaking ground until closing making him a huge asset for his clients looking to purchase a new home. During new home sales career, Scott has been recognized as one of the top 1% performers within his profession.

In 2016 Scott was looking for a change. He and his wife opened their own residential real estate brokerage called Denver Realty Pro, LLC. Scott holds the title of Managing Broker. Although he runs the company, he continues to do what he loves, helping people buy and sell real estate.

As a Colorado Native growing up on the Eastern Plains, Scott brings those small-town values into everything he does today. Since moving to the Denver Metro Area, he has lived in Boulder, Arvada, Thornton, and Westminster. He and his family now reside in SE Aurora. When not selling real estate, Scott enjoys spending time with family and his two golden retrievers. He also loves to cook, is an avid music collector and loves hiking and playing golf.
