One word to describe Scott would be courageous. This market is tough, and Scott will stay by your side through every battle. He insured that every decision was 110% informed and the best one to fit my needs. There is no doubt in my mind that this man is passionate and loves what he is doing. The best experience I have ever had with with selling my house. Came in from day one knew what had to be done and helped get it all done in under a month. Scott is a very honest realtor and extremely helpful. My favorite thing about Scott is how responsive and transparent he was throughout the whole process. We decided last minute to sell our house and having known Scott from the military side it was a no brainer to ask for his help selling the house. Within a couple days he was there walking through the house, giving advice on little things that could be done to increase the curb appeal and answered all of our questions up front. He hired his own people to come in and do some of the work like removing a giant sectional from the basement that wouldn’t fit up the stairs, professional photographer and cleaners. We no more than listed it and had the contract in less than a day. Moving forward Scott was super involved, responding to our endless questions as quickly as he could. Our buyers ended up creating some pretty stressful situations but Scott fought through it for us every step of the way and made sure the deal got done. He’s very up front and honest with you, if you ask a question you’ll get a straightforward answer and as many details as you want. If you need someone who has experience with VA Home loans and has a pretty wide network of people in general from financing to handy-men, I’d highly recommend him. I re-hires him almost right away to start helping me buy my next house and he’s already taught me more about the process than I can explain.

Scott has by far, gone above and beyond for me and my family. By chance and luck, I happened to connect with Scott, explained to him my situation and how fast my turn around had to be.

He handled several phone calls for me, was able to handle my craziness with ease and professionalism, came up with a resolution, and exceeded the results of that resolution without hesitation. We went over several options regarding my house, and within 20 minutes, my house was SOLD! <-- Seriously, my house was sold within 20 minutes (I was still moving stuff out of my house).

He has obtained a forever-client, and I will continue to work with him for any of my residential real estate needs. I highly, hands down, without any doubts, would recommend Scott to any one!!!
