About Scott

Self employed since he was 17 Scott has always been an entrepreneur. He began investing in real estate over 20 years ago with his first flip houses and multi-unit rentals. He has owned and run several successful businesses, most notable of which was ‘The Chainsawr’ a chainsaw and logging supply business. He is still actively working on new projects when he has time between client duties. Having completed over 20 total renovations, built a new contemporary home, cleared house lots, and building projects too numerous to list his first hand knowledge of the physical side of the business is extensive. He was first licensed as a real estate agent in 2019. Outside of the real Estate world you’ll likely find him skiing, hiking or otherwise spending time outside in the NEK.
