With a background in both education and economics I have the ability to simplify what can sometimes be a complex process. Taking care to make sure my clients understand the details at the level that is important to them.
In a fast-paced world and a sometimes fast-paced real estate industry you need an agent that has the experience and the ability to act immediately. I do not overload myself with clients. I limit the number of clients I work with at one time so that all my clients can get all the attention they deserve. There is no waiting hours or days for return calls. I’m there when you need me.
Every client should want to know what makes the person they will hire different from the thousands of others? Besides my background that compliments real estate perfectly, I also simply work harder than most. It starts with communication and likely ends with me helping clean out your garage or move boxes. I do whatever is needed or necessary to help things go smoothly. For sellers, I know how to best prep and stage your home, as well as having the contacts necessary for the additional professionals you might need. For buyers, I am constantly listening and adjusting my searches, as well as a keen eye and experience identifying potential issues that need explored further.
Lastly, whether working for a buyer or a seller I negotiate to make or save my clients every penny that I can without sacrificing the things most important to the client, like timelines or repairs.
