As first time home buyers, looking for a house with no Realtor can be a wearied process. Luckily for us we met Scott at an open house. We kept in contact with him for about a year and then when we decided to finally make the jump he made the process informative and smooth. He was extremely thorough; always keeping us updated and made us feel comfortable. His kindness and understanding even helped us win our house over 6 other bids. We knew how busy he was but we always felt like we were his only clients. We would definitely recommend Scott to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

After our first meeting with Scott we were amazed by everything that is new that we didn't know about house buying/selling and were impressed by the services that Scott could bring to the table. We came away from that meeting feeling really good and were continually impressed by Scott’s professionalism and how he always made himself very available to us throughout the whole process. When we were looking for an agent, we knew we'd need a star as our purchase was going to be challenging and unconventional: Not only were we traveling and out of state much of the time, we had a very short window in our 1031 exchange to purchase something lovely in an extremely competitive market. Scott McMahon was everything we could ask for: Dedicated, focused, tough, enterprising, a skilled and effective communicator and a negotiator whose warmth and leadership infused even our tough transaction with a sense of positivity and inevitable success. He listened carefully to what we wanted, calmly coordinated all the varied players, advocated for our interests, and when it came time to place an offer for the only property we really wanted, he went all in, innovating an offer that the seller's agent had "never seen before" -- and put us in the winning position against three other qualified offers on the table. I can't recommend him highly enough. If he's available, snap him up before someone else does: He's brilliant and you'll love working with him.
