For the past 18 years, Scott has assisted countless buyers and sellers in the Middle Tennessee area with all their residential real estate needs. A Nashville native, and resident of four decades, he has experienced firsthand the tremendous growth and transformation of each Nashville neighborhood. He uses this unique perspective, as well as his extensive personal connections throughout the city, to maximize his clients’ investments and purchasing power.

Scott prides himself on personally walking his clients through every delicate step of the buying or selling process. He especially enjoys getting to know each client’s story and real estate vision and turning that into reality. Having sold tear-downs, land parcels, investment properties, starter homes, and multi-million dollar luxury homes, Scott has the knowledge and experience to help his clients with every possible residential need.

Scott grew up in Franklin, TN, and entered the residential real estate industry in 2008, after graduating from Vanderbilt University. He now lives in West Nashville with his wife, Alison, and their three young daughters. He is an avid local sports fan, cheering on the Titans, Predators, and Vanderbilt Commodores.
