When I moved to California in 2010 Scott was one of the first people outside of work that I met, he was originally my landlord for a small bachelor cabin in the Santa Cruz mountains. I met my future wife while living there, we eventually moved out into a bigger place together, but when we wanted to purchase a home I knew I could trust Scott to help us navigate the complex and competitive world of Bay Area real estate.

Scott guided us through the purchase of that first home, and then a few years later helped us sell that home on a contingent offer to buy our next home, then helped us sell that home as work took us out of the area.

Scott is a consummate real estate professional and watching him work was a real education in the skill and encyclopedic knowledge required to work at a high level as a realtor. As buyers we have specific and unique needs and I always felt that Scott understood on both a practical and emotional level what we were looking for and truly needed to be happy in a home.

His support team has also always been highly responsive and very engaged, particularly when selling a home, to make sure that our houses were able to attract the right buyer for the home who appreciates its true value and is willing to pay a fair price. Great project management and making sure that all the little details get taken care of to make the sale or purchase process go smoothly.

Rather than operate in a cut-throat fashion I always felt that Scott was looking for the win-win, looking for that buyer who would understand the true value of our home and offer a full price for it, or helping us find the home that we felt best fit our needs as buyers ourselves. This also helps us to trust Scott, because he genuinely wants the best outcome for all parties in any real estate transaction.

In short if you are considering buying or selling a home in the South Bay, Santa Cruz Mountains, or Santa Cruz area, I can enthusiastically recommend Scott.

Scott was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about the area and the current state of the real estate market.

He was very easy to work with and was on the same wavelength as me in terms of pricing and marketing the home.

His team did a great job of getting the property prepared and staged, and in guiding me through the process of filling out the many forms necessary to prepare for the sale.

Pricing strategy was done very successfully and we got several offers above ask in a mater of days. We had a difficult situation with the first prospective buyer who backed out late in the escrow process, and Scott gave good advice as we navigated through that issue and eventually had to remarket the property again, with a proper sale happening just a few days after putting it back on the market, for essentially the same price as the buyer who backed out.

I would be happy to recommend Scott and his team to anyone in the area looking to sell (or buy) a home.

Our family just purchased our first house during the COVID-19 pandemic. Scott is knowledgeable and has a great team, and I especially like to thank one of his team members Lisa who helped us a lot in the whole process. Honestly, we don't think any other agent would have taken better care of us in terms of buying a home.

We are truly demanding buyers and had a long list of requirements with limited budget, which made it difficult to find an ideal house in our desired neighborhood. Yet Scott took our requirements seriously and guided us throughout the house hunting process. When we looked at houses with him he always gave us feedback and pointed out some issues we would have overlooked. A couple houses that we were outbid eventually were sold at what Scott had predicted, which shows his knowledge to the real estate market.

Scott is also extremely patient and is genuine and sincere. Our relationship did not end when our escrow closed. We still throw lots of questions to him and he is always responsive. We highly recommend Scott.
