We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Scott Reed. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge of purchasing a home. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped us feel comfortable through the process.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Scott walked us through every step of the negotiations! We will gladly refer him to family and friends looking for homes.

Scott is the best at what he does. Scott is honest, upfront and he works hard for the buyer and/or seller. Scott helped us buy our first home, buy our second home and sell the first house. Everything seemed so seamless each time we bought or sold. Scott is "OUR" Family realtor. And when I say Family I mean Family. Scott Reed recently helped me find and purchase a house in Charlotte, NC. My experience with Scott has really been great and although the real estate marked in Charlotte is tough at the moment, we were able to find a high quality property. While working with Scott, I was most impressed with his responsiveness, honesty, and amount of time he spent on helping me find my house, which I am not sure many other realtors would do. I would not hesitate to use Scott again and will recommend him to anyone who are considering buying property in the Charlotte area.

I would recommend Scott to everyone. He will be my go to agent for anyone I know buying or selling a home. He was very professional and very responsive to our questions. We have built 4 homes before and had agents at all of them. By far Scott was the best. He was at every meeting and even when we picked out the upgrades. He provided information to us to help not only think about what we wanted but to also think about the future resale value and what the upgrades would do to that value.
Scott really knew the area and also understood that we were doing a VA loan and all the details with that and the builder.
