Couldn’t have been happier with the job Scott did on our new home purchase. He is a full service, in person, professional approach that you don’t get with the other commission sharing real estate persons out there. He knows real estate and make himself available on our schedule to look at homes and work through the deal. Here is my little story; We had previously spoken to Scott years ago when he came into our neighborhood. We liked him, but were not interested in selling and moving up at that time. We kind of lost touch. Then when we were ready to buy another home years later, we got another realtor. She saw how much we were pre qualified for and she did not listen to us when we told her the amount we were comfortable with spending. Over and over again she kept pushing us to buy something at the high amount we were qualified for. Frustrated, my wife brain stormed where she put Scotts old busness card, found it and gave Scott a call. We gave him the dollar amount we were comfortable with. Even though we were pre-qualified for a much more expensive home. He listened and showed us what we asked for. We bought the house in our price range. Scott, Is my realtor. Even if I were to buy out of state, I would first contact Scott Herb & Terri Wilson
