Scott and Diane sold my mother's house when I was in a different state. They kept me in touch and we were able to do everything electronically. They put in a lot of effort to sell it, holding several open houses. In the end, they found the buyer themselves. They advised me on what to do to get the best price for the house. The best part is that they did light staging to help me get the best price for the house. Furthermore Scott and Diane are truly wonderful people.

Scott Schoenhoff and Rob Robbins of Shiloh Realty Team sold my house in 3 days. We had 2 offers right way and closed in less than 30 days! They were very agressive and I was able to get the asking price! They were a big help to me to find a storage unit, moving company and even helped me move. I consider them not only my Realtors but my friends as well. And thanks to my broker Diane Schoenhoff everything went very smoothly.
