Scott Townsend

Originally from Massachusetts, Scott’s love of the Maine coast stems from his good fortune of having vacationed at Higgins Beach every year of his life with his grandmother. After graduating from Nichols College, he moved to Maine and has been a year-round resident ever since. Seeing a need for rental property management at Higgins Beach, Scott began his career helping owners with their weekly and winter rentals, which naturally led into real estate sales. Scott has now been a dedicated full time real estate professional since October of 2001, with extensive experience in real estate sales and coastal property management. His personable nature and commitment to his clients has contributed to success in both sales volume and client satisfaction.

Scott and Sunny are also real estate investors, owning several properties in Scarborough and also residing there. Aside from real estate, they enjoy the diverse outdoor playground that Maine offers from hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, to golfing and gardening. They love to travel and especially value their beach time – where they were married!
