Scott Yanofski

Scott was born and raised in northern New Jersey and returned home after completing his degree to begin his career in real estate.

He is the son of former owners Dan & Fern Yanofski, the founders of Elite Realtors. The founding pair had over 40 years of experience and sold over 800 houses in their illustrious careers and were mentors to Scott. Scott graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 and immediately got his real estate, mortgage, & title insurance licenses, so he could work in the family business.Scott has been selling real estate and helping Elite Realtors grow ever since.

As the Broker of Record for Elite Realtors of New Jersey for the last 2 years, Scott has focused on turning Elite into the best version of a modern brokerage, without losing the mentality and caring of a family-run business. Scott is dedicated to making sure the agents at Elite Realtors are successful.

Scott prides himself on helping his agents close challenging deals. Scott has built strong relationships with other Brokers and industry leaders in New Jersey to ensure that his agents have the best resources.
