I highly recommend Scott Zemens as a realtor. We had a very complicated move when we relocated from Michigan to Washington State, and depended on Scott and his office to handle the sale of our home. He was not only able to sell our house quickly for top dollar, he also hired contractors to complete repairs and made sure everything was brought up to code. Being able to depend on Scott was a huge stress relief. He kept us informed every step of the way, and made a complicated process seem easy. Scott Zemens is the best realtor experience I have ever had. He helped me secure an amazing deal and kept his word 100% the entirety of tome. Therefore if this guy is in your corner, count your blessings! More than that, it goes above and beyond to find loan officers for you as well as insurance folks. Scott will help you get the property Willards residential or commercial and on top of that he will help you get a great deal! Personally I gained a good intelligent friend and a great realtor!

If you want a realty company that looks out for your best interest, is organized and has a full intelligent real estate staff that is on top of all transactions then this is the company you want to list or buy a house with. I had them list my house and it sold in 2 days in 2012 when the market was not as hot as it is now. They got me the sale and the price. I never had to worry. It was a pleasure working with them and would again.
