Sean Baroni grew up in Glendale, California and attended college at California State University Northridge. He graduated with highest honors and earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning with an emphasis on Environmental Analysis. His educational accomplishments were honored with a front-page feature in the L.A. Daily News regarding Green Degrees. This was all accomplished while working full-time as a Realtor®.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Sevan worked as a financial consultant, assisting hundreds of families in planning for their futures. His entrepreneurial skills & production goals were recognized by the top leaders of the firm, and he was inducted into an elite group of professionals who received personalized business and leadership training by the firm’s finest brokers. His experience in financial services has proven monumental in enabling his high net-worth real estate clients in making solid decisions for their financial futures.
Sean’s keen interest in community development and natural leadership skills led him to develop the Young Professional Network (YPN) in Glendale. As Founder and Chairman, he was able to organize events on behalf of the Glendale Association of REALTORS® (GAOR), educating his peers on green technology and other local community events. He was also appointed by his peers as the legislative liaison for Assembly member Gatto, representing members from Glendale, Burbank, the surrounding foothills, and Beverly Hills. He currently serves as President-Elect and Board of Director (BOD) of the GAOR and BOD of the California Association of REALTORS. Currently, his days are taken up leading and operating NextHome Luxe Group, where he serves as the President and Broker of Record.
His active involvement in community issues has given him a vast array of knowledge in housing development, zoning, and city planning. His impeccable taste in design and knowledge in home building have made him an invaluable asset to homebuyers and sellers alike, in both finding the perfect home in addition to preparing a home for sale. In order to ensure the successful sale of his clients’ homes, he works with a team of marketing, technology and transactional professionals. He also works with a legal firm to provide his clients free legal counseling on every real estate transaction.
