In 2022, Sean Barry founded Barry Estates – Luxury Coast Group, an independently owned and operated licensee of Barry Estates. Before launching LCG, Sean served as CEO and Broker of Barry Estates from 2017 to 2022, during which he oversaw a period of explosive growth—helping increase overall sales volume by more than 300% and expanding the company’s position as a leader in San Diego’s luxury markets.

Sean’s background is uniquely multifaceted. He is a licensed attorney and holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, giving him a rare blend of legal, financial, and strategic expertise that directly benefits his clients in complex transactions.
