Sean Bloore

Sean Bloore joined the Nations #1 Commercial Brokerage, Marcus Millichap, in 2019. He specializes in Multi-Family investment sales in Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Mateo counties with his partner Marshall Ward. Together they have successfully sold over $100M in commercial real estate, guiding local, national and multi- national clients with their acquisitions, asset repositions and dispositions.

After graduating from the University of Utah with a BA in History where he was a member of the varsity Swim and Dive team, he moved back to his hometown of Walnut Creek, California. Sean now utilizes his attention to detail, ability to conduct in depth analysis, and competitive mindset to give his clients unflattering commitment.
