Sean was great. He was one of half a dozen recommendations that came up on a real estate site that I did an inquiry on and Sean's profile stuck out strong. Additionally, his rates are less than many of his competitors and we decided on speaking to him and were very impressed.

It's clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field and uses high degrees of logic and strategic thinking. He came up with a strong plan which clearly worked as we had an open house a couple days after the house was listed as it was completely packed. Within 4 days of listing we already had a full priced offer with no major contingencies.

Anyone who has sold a house before knows that getting a good offer is only the first of many obstacles and nothing is final until closing. However, there were no surprises after the offer was accepted, no issues and just smooth sailing all the way to closing (unlike previous selling experiences we have had). He kept us informed and communicated each step of the way.

Sean is clearly great at his job and was a pleasure having him sell our house. I would 100% recommend Sean for others selling their house.

Sean is far and above one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of contracting with. He understands micro market segmentation strategies which was invaluable in selling in a place like Brunswick Crossing. Sean and his team really work the market, bringing in potential buyers from all areas of the DC and Baltimore districts. Other agents in the area sit back and wait and wait for prospects to show up. Sean simply goes out and gets them. The marketing materials are superb. You can't see and read one and not want to visit the home at one's earliest opportunity. In short, Sean''s methods create a sense of urgency for the buyers that yields spectacular results. My home in Brunswick Crossing was under contract in 2 1/2 weeks in the dead of winter under Sean''s leadership. Now that is why Sean has earned 5 stars and is a sales superstar in my book.

Sean Brink is by far one of the best agents you could hire to either sell or buy your next property.
After 30 years in our house, my wife and I decided that it was time to downsize and relocate elsewhere.
The first time we met with Sean, there was no question that he was the best in the industry based on our conversation about his 30 years of experience in real estate and his aggressive marketing strategy to sell our home.
Sean had really invested his time with us listing our property, working with all the obstacles we had run into during the process of staging, scheduling open houses, inspections, walk throughs and to make the sale of our house as easy as possible. He was available at any time of the day for a text, phone call or visit if needed. After receiving offers on our house, Sean was always available for us on short notice to spend several days with us on the road to find a new house that was suitable for our needs, it didn’t matter if it was a few hours or almost an entire day.

I am about 2 months behind in writing this review...sorry, Sean! First off, Sean was absolutely wonderful to work with. From our initial meeting with him we knew he was the realtor we should go with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and had a lot of additional resources to help us sell our home for top dollar as quickly as possible. He leverages internet marketing and was able to demonstrate the reach of that marketing. I should have written this review years ago, but better late than never. Sean Brink with Coldwell Banker Realty was my property management company for 7yrs. When I needed to move from Maryland to New York I was concerned about managing renters in my property. But when I contacted Sean and his team, their professionalism and eagerness to help me rent out my property put me at ease.

Over the years, I had several tenants at the property, none of whom I knew because the property management team handled advertising the property, vetting tenants, and repairs. They made sure that my property was always in excellent condition, and they were able to find tenants quickly whenever there was a vacancy.

When it was time to sell, Sean was my go-to person. From the initial conversation to the closing of my property, it was a smooth process. My property was sold within a 2 weeks of being listed!

Sean was proactive, responsive, helpful and professional during the buying and selling processes. He was completely spot on with his recommendations for making an offer to buy a house, and for how to approach the sale of my house. He texted me regularly to give me updates and suggestions on how to navigate the process. But at the same time he addressed plenty of those minor items that I didn't need to be involved behind the scenes. He kept on top of our (slow) mortgage company, and helped us find out all sorts of information about flood insurance, the pool service contractor, and transferring the security system. He even did our well water testing for us.

For the house I bought, Sean got our (list price) offer accepted easy as could be, no negotiations, and when we requested some repairs after the inspection, the seller agreed to our requests. The whole process was surprisingly easy given the competitive nature of the current housing market.

The house I sold with him had an offer over a week before it even went on the market, in the dead of February, with terms that were outstanding and a price that was well above the list price. This is probably due in part to the excellent photographs Sean's team prepared, which in turn were made possible due to the effort of the team's interior designer, who spent an hour with us (at no cost) recommending how to most effectively stage the house for sale using our own furniture.

And, a small but important item: Sean has great insulated mugs. He'll give you an expensive gift basket too, and it is nice, but the mugs are what you really want. When you hire him, make sure that he knows that you want the mugs. I only wish I had a couple more of those fantastic mugs.

Its been about a month now since we finished our business, and I'm sure he has long ago cashed the commission checks, but Sean is still in touch: he helped us identify a good plumber in the area to do some upgrades, and is following up on a carpenter bee item at that new house that needed to wait until spring.

I highly recommend Sean to anyone selling their home, and for anyone looking to buy one, too.

I was a scared first time female black homebuyer. I was nervous because I thought my voice would not be heard working with a white man when buying a home. I want to say Sean was there for me every step of the way. My experience was so great. I did not feel rushed and he always found time to show me a home. If he wasn't available to show me a property, he worked with Stephen to show me homes. He explained everything to me and never got impatient with me. Stephen also was a great and delightful person to work with. Sean went above and beyond. He knows what he is doing and I am grateful to have found him. I brought my first home this November.
