You're probably also wondering the same thing I was: "Are these reviews legit?" Let me just tell you from our experience with Sean selling our first-ever home that he's the real deal. Everything from start to finish was perfect. From the first meeting to the final hug goodbye at closing, Sean walked us through every step of the process with great professionalism, honesty and communication.

We were a little nervous at the time we were selling (winter and a cooling market) that we might have trouble selling our house. With Sean's leadership, direction and social media exposure (his social views blew the big site's numbers out of the water), we had multiple offers and sold the house in less than 48 hours! We contacted him after going to his open house to see the house privately a second time. He met up with us, took the time to explain things. Went over and above to get us more information but the huge part for us was he never made us feel pressured. We only discussed the facts. The goods and the bad. He was up front but a very personable person. No sales tactics involved. Had we liked the property enough to buy it we would have absolutely sought his services to help us sell our current home as well but here’s the kicker. When we contacted him to tell him we had decided not to purchase right now made us feel like we made a friend. Said things like he’s here to help out families in a better place and if this wasn’t a better place then he’s glad it was him we talked to so he could be the one that helped us in that journey. After 11 unaccepted offers and complete lack of professionalism from another realtor, we were referred to Sean by a family member. Once he took over we got an offer accepted within 2 weeks!

I was lucky enough to find his biz card tacked on a bulletin board at a restaurant in the area we had just started perusing: I had just gotten a verbal offer for employment and am relocating from New Jersey , so before all the relocation benefits kicked in I just started talking to Sean because I had no idea about anything in the area. With much chagrin I later found out my company's relo restricted who I could work with. Think about it: if he's willing to go out of his way and help this much for someone that CAN'T be his client, imagine how hard he'll work for a paying client!!! I have no doubt he can deliver: his availability, responsiveness, knowledge and communication are top notch and his numbers back it up. I definitely will be personally recommending his services when I do move out there to anyone else in need of a realtor and wish we could have been a "full customer" :)

I have known Sean for over 20 years both personally and professionally. I would not think twice about hiring him as your realtor. He will have your best interests as his top priority. He will be your best advocate in buying or selling your home. In this current market you have to have a Realtor that will be VERY responsive with communication and is eager to help you at a moment's notice. Properties seem to be moving at such a fast rate you need someone who is aggressive, knowledgeable and willing to work for you right when YOU need it. He is all of these and more. We closed on our deal with Sean yesterday and there aren't enough ways to say THANK YOU for all he's done for us. We initially started by looking at homes with Sean. Every time I sent him a home I was interested in, we had an appointment to go see it that same day. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, matched our sense of urgency and more than anything he listened and he CARED. When we couldn't find what we were looking for on the market Sean seamlessly shifted gears and helped us find the perfect land and a builder so we could watch our dreams being built from the ground up.
