Sean has very diligently worked with my wife and I in first selling our home and the purchase of a new home. After a few open house showings, his recommendations resulted in the needed sale of our home within a 55+ community. Living within that type community is not for everyone so working to sell that home brought its own challenges, however Sean was able to assist us in a good result. Sean then was able to provide some different properties further up state that were more to our liking. After about one day’s time we were able to find a model of the home we were going to buy. Sean assisted us in every portion of the purchase of this new home. We finally closed on this home with Sean at our side. The help that Sean has provided has been appreciated in this whole process.
