Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had buying or doing business for ANYTHING!!! First time home buyer and besides spending a week in person in Virginia with him, the rest was done electronically/virtually, half way across the country. He is VERY knowledgeable, passionate, helpful, professional and dedicated in what he does and it carries on to us, the customers. Sebastian Martinez is a true professional. His experience in his field made my home buying process easy, fast, and as painless as possible. He not only knows the market, he knows the people within it. Any question I had, he answered immediately. Any question he didn’t know the answer to, he knew someone who did, and got me answers as fast as he could. He is attentive to his clients, and puts your needs first. I bought a new house with him, and sold my old one. I certainly didn’t make it easy for him, but he rose to the occasion without skipping a beat. Any problem that came up was dealt with swiftly. I recommend him to anyone I speak to about real estate, and will continue to do so for as long as he sells houses.

This was my first time buying a house and I can't say enough good things about Sebastian. From start to finish, he answered all my questions and if I had any concern regarding anything he could provide a professional, as well as accurate resolve or answer to it. I am active duty military and being prior service himself I feel as if Sebastian resonated with that and took the whole process personally and definitely made sure I got the best deal possible. 10/10 would recommend! Sebastian and I met through playing video games. Some may say video games are a waste of time but it has made me a great friend and found me an awesome realitor! Bash always had an answer to tens of thousands of questions we asked, and always quickly explain the steps for us to keep moving forward. We listed our home on a Friday and we’re under contact by Monday morning! Bash also helped us coordinate some damage fixes after we had left the state left by our moving company. While still stationed overseas, Sebastian was always diligently searching for new homes that fit our criteria, constantly keeping us updated on any sort of changes or new information, and above all would try his utmost best to make finding a new home for our family less of a stressful ordeal but a positive and memorable experience as first time homebuyers.
