Sebastian was very friendly and very professional. The original posting said no pets but I asked if that was firm or if his client was flexible on the matter. Sebastian quickly inquired on my behalf to which I was able to apply, get approved and sign the lease for the rental I wanted with my dog. I am so excited to move in and I can thank Sebastian for this. Definitely a 5 star rating for me.

Sebastian exceeded my expectations. His reliability, transparency, work ethic and passion are the pillars of his character and I was extremely lucky to have the opportunity to work with him. He helped me secure an amazing deal for a beautiful home that I didn't think I would even have the chance to get.. Not only did we close in 20 days, we secured an offer that was 15k under the original listing price and got the sellers to cover my closing cost. I've interviewed at least 20 different realtors and I had a gut feeling about this guy. Im glad I picked the right person to help me buy my first home. I can't wait to work with him again on my next real estate investment!
