Senka was an absolute delight to work with. She is extremely professional, highly responsive, really knowledgeable, and so helpful in explaining all the details of my transaction. Senka has been incredible on the purchase of our new home ... 2,000 miles away. She went multiple times to take video of different issues so we were perfectly aware of the condition of the house and what we were getting, even though we couldn't see it. In this awful seller market, even though our offer was not the best from a price perspective, she helped prepare and document our offer to highly our strength, and relentlessly contacted the seller agent and convinced him that we had nevertheless the best offer of the final bunch. She then guided us and explained all the documents that we had to sign (and there are a lot of them), answered our calls at any time of the day or ... evening (6 PM for us was 9PM for her !). When we finally closed, the escrow thanked us for that "incredibly smooth closing" ... which probably is more meaningful than anything I can say with my limited experience.
So, thank you Senka for your effort.

I can't say enough about our experience with Senka. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She made sure we knew all our options, and she gave great advice about things to look for in each home to figure out what was important to us. Once we were in escrow, she was amazing at keeping us informed with everything that was going on during the entire process. It's so nice to have someone you can trust that has your back.
