Long overdue but after searching for around a year for a home, I worked with Sergio for 2-3 weeks, and from the first try, he was able to get my offer accepted, and we closed quickly and favorably, all in the midst of the pandemic. Sergio's main strengths are an extensive knowledge of the market, and knowing what it takes to get an offer accepted, and being very nimble: he is resourceful when it comes to resolving problems, and understands the whys behind the real estate rules, which allows him to understand how to resolve issues. He was able to navigate tough COVID circumstances in the market for me. Overall, he did an amazing job. Additionally, if you are looking into a fixer upper, he is an excellent agent for that. He is so well entrenched into the industry that he can definitely help through that process through his connections and know how. Sergio is also super personable and very importantly, will not endlessly narrate things just to make a sale, he provided the right balance of super informational advice. I would recommend Sergio for anyone who is facing difficulty in finding a home for the right price, and anyone who is apprehensive because of the complexity of the home purchasing process.

Sergio is a real estate professional - he's an expert, knows his stuff, and stuck it out with some difficult people (specifically me). He worked with us during the height of the pandemic crazed house market and stuck with us through some tough and challenging times, all the while providing sound advice, responding to our requests and questions in a very prompt manner, and being positive and personable.

The first time we met Sergio he asked if we'd be open to townhomes/condos because of our budget and housing interests/wants/requirements. We said no and he didn't push back. I wish we'd listened however, because we eventually made our way to looking at townhomes and closing on one.

Again, Sergio is an expert and you want him by your side during this major lifetime purchase!

Sergio is AMAZING!!!! We worked with him remotely from across the country to find an apartment in Los Angeles, and he made the process so easy for us. He is knowledgeable, prepared, professional, and puts the client first. He attended showings for us and was extremely thorough, and advocated for us with the property agents so that we could get the best deal possible. Best experience buying and selling a home!

Sergio puts in the work to make sure that everything is handled correctly, gives sound advice but won't force his opinions, and always wants the best for his clients. He's able to distill the complicated back-and-forth for new buyers/sellers so that every step is easy to understand and every decision is made confidently.

Moving is exciting and stressful all at the same time. Sergio and his team worked around all of our busy schedules and was helpful in running comps, sharing the proper value for those properties, and guided us to open three successful escrows. When most agents cannot even get one escrow, he gave us three. So why three? Well once you get into a purchase, you just never know what you will find. We never felt pressured to stay in a deal that, once in, just did not end up filling our needs for a home. Sergio was patient; he answered all our questions and guided us thru the crazy California buying process flawlessly. When we had a concern, he always answered with facts, examples and in terms, we could understand. Towards the end of this last escrow, we spoke many times a day. Day or night, he always took our calls. Working with Sergio and his team was a 5-Star experience. Thank you Sergio for all your guidance and help.

I am quite impressed by the amount of work Sergio did for me and my house hunt. He went out of the way and researched a very specific request (I really didn't think he would come up with any results)...and he came back with option(s)...plural. WOW!

I know several realtors and Sergio is among them. In the course of conversation I mentioned I’ll be looking to buy after my current lease is up and he offered me a free consultation, I figured what the heck, sure. The consultation was surprisingly informative and by the end, we had put together a plan set for a 6 months target to begin in earnest. He had also suggested looking at open houses to get a sense of what I like and don’t like since we had about 6 months before we needed to get serious. Just my luck, 6 months later the corona-virus pandemic and lockdown started but I still needed to move. I wasn’t sure how it was going to work or even if it was possible but he said no problem and we marched forward.

Our first time out he showed me a few homes I asked to see and he added a few. He put together a very thorough packet of houses, information, sequence, maps, place for notes, I was impressed. I liked one of those I provided and one of those he added. I remember him mentioning the inventory of houses was low due to early lockdown from Covid. I wrote an offer the first week out, I followed his advice, we went in aggressive in the offer and after a bunch of negotiation back and forth we ended up closing the deal at $30K below asking AND with money back for closing! We had many bumps along the way, I ended up switching lenders mid-stream which resulted in a much better rate and much lower fees to me and much more work for him as he helped the new lender stay on course in order for us to close on time.

It was a good game of real estate poker and Sergio made the odds work to our favor. I highly recommend using Sergio and his Team. AMAZING.

Sergio was the key to the extraordinary experience. I very rarely give a 5-star rating, but this one was very well-deserved. Sergio's expertise, professionalism, flexibilty, energy and can-do attitude allowed this home sale to happen amidst the uncertain market and unchartered conditions of the COVID pandemic. An expert at navigating through obstacles he went out of his way, above-and-beyond, multiple times to see this transaction through in record time. Sergio is a great tangible example of someone who understands how important the guest experience is. This is extremely rare in the world of real estate. Because of him, the bar is even higher. I wouldn't think twice about working with him again.

When we began the process of finding an agent, we reached out to my wife’s aunt, who is an agent in Northern California, for advice. She suggested we meet with several agents and brokerages before selecting an agent to work with. We considered using Redfin but after looking at what Sergio and his team offered and how hard they would work for us, it was a no brainer on who we would choose.

Since it was our first home purchase in the United States, we had lots of questions and wanted to make sure that our family would be protected. We had heard the horror stories from other homebuyers and wanted to take precautions. After the initial consultation, it was clear that Sergio and his team had our best interest in mind. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Once we got into escrow we had so many questions, we would call him all the time to inquire about big and small details. Thank goodness that all of our hard work paid off: with a clear criterion of what we wanted and our budget, he found us a perfect home. I saw moving to SoCal as a way to not only advance my career but also become a homeowner. I had lots of questions to help me choose which neighborhood would be best for me. After talking to Sergio and taking his advice, we began the search for my new home in a new city. Within seven days of working with Sergio and actively looking for a house, we opened escrow. Since it was my first purchase in California I had lots of questions and he took my call anytime and answered all the questions that I had in a timely manner. I have been friends with Sergio a long-time. I told him I wanted to buy but didn't think I could afford it. So when he presented me with an opportunity to buy a property at a price that was equal to what I was paying in rent, I jumped at it. Fast forward many years later i decided to sell and he helped me get over $50,000 in profit. This could not have been possible had he not explained the homebuying process and encouraged me to take those first steps. Had I kept renting, I would have lost out on that equity and had nothing to show for renting. Instead, I gained $50,000 in profit. Sergio helped us with our impossible dream of owning a home in Burbank! I was a little hesitant to sell our house and being able to find one in our preferred area and staying on budget. We were able to find a little jewel. He was wonderful taking us through the escrow process and being present at every inspection. He also made every appointment with reputable companies to get estimates on repairs. He was available every time we asked to go back to see house.
