To begin, Sergio is an amazing realtor who is kind, caring, professional, and personable. It was such a blessing to work with him during our home buying process. As first time home buyers, Sergio took his time with us in explaining each and every detail that comes along with buying a home. He never made us feel pressured or tried to “sell” us a home—Sergio always focused on the facts and respected our timeline. In addition to his professionalism, he was always responsive and punctual. He took the time to get to know us and our story, which resulted in a reliable and trusting partnership. I have had the pleasure of working with Ivonne and Sergio for several real estate transactions and let me tell you, I will never use anyone else. They are the most professional realtors ever and very passionate about what they do. They really have the best interest of their clients at heart and that is what I love. They do not pressure you into making decisions and they are very knowledgeable and know the market trends at any given time. There wasn't a single question that they could not answer. I also truly feel that for both my home purchases and the sale of another, I got the best deals. They both know what it takes to get an offer approved. The offers they wrote for me were not even counter offered. Best part was that they were accepted in a matter of a couple days. Buying and selling a house is so stressful.
