Seth did a fantastic job selling our Condo.The renter that passed away and lived there for 44 yrs . Was a hoarder. Seth had the place cleaned and staged. He was fast and meticulous . I will use him on any Reale state transactions that I have in the future.Great job.

Nobody works harder to make selling and buying a home a smooth, well-managed, well-coordinated process. The Red Tree Realty team helped us prepare and ultimately set a new record high price for our home in the neighborhood with multiple bids well above listing. While effectively managing the closing, they immediately set out to find our next home. The purchase and closing on our new home was again, well-orchestrated by the Red Tree team and closed on schedule. Seth and his team are so conscientious, competent and a pleasure to work with.
