Shae Portnoy should be your go to realtor in Jacksonville. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She helped us when we were building our house. Not only was she there when we signed the contract but (pregnant), sat with us for hours in the design studio to help us choose the right amount of customization for the value!
