If you’re looking for the perfect person to help you buy or sale a house you found her. Shalai went above and beyond to help our family find out first home. She answered the many questions I had and explained the process every step of the way. She was also able to work around my schedule for the many showings we went on. She encouraged me to not give up and to keep looking. I am so thankful to have had such a great realtor to help me find a home. She had also been following up after to continue to answer any questions I have or offer any assistance she can with helping find other useful home buyer services.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a great experience with Shalai and her team. At first, as I was looking for an agent, lots of people weren't getting back to me or were unresponsive. Many wouldn't even do a consultation so I could ask questions before getting into the process. Shalai got back to me immediately (literally I was still sleeping when she called me just hours after sending in an inquiry lol) and stayed in constant contact. She really held my hand through the process, from getting approved for loan all the way through to getting the keys. I was very nervous and worried about the process especially because I was trying to buy during the peak of the housing market craziness. But Shalai got it done. Like most people, I was outbid a few times, but Shalai always stayed in good spirits and encouraged me to keep looking even when I was ready to quit. We ultimately found a move-in ready home within my budget in a wonderful neighborhood close to where I grew up, hitting just about every item on my checklist. I almost didn't even make an offer on it because I thought I couldn't compete, but Shalai worked with the seller to come up with a competitive offer and we got it! I just have to underscore how available Shalai was, on weekends, evenings, etc. I never felt Like I couldn't get a hold of her and she showed me any house I wanted to see - and I wanted to see a lot! I had family members that were also really involved in the process and very critical of homes and neighborhoods, so they were a good backstop when it came to details Like looking at craftsmanship on homes, doing research on various neighborhoods, etc. so I didn't need any extra help there. Many thanks to Shalai for navigating all those opinions with a smile as well. Anyone looking to buy should always double-check the terms of each offer, do your own research, ask questions about anything you don't understand, and if there was any information that I didn't know or we couldn't find out, Shalai always got an answer for us. Again, she was super committed, I think she may have even closed the deal for my home while at a basketball game for her child - so the dedication is real! I would recommend Shalai as a realtor whether you're looking for your first home or a subsequent one.

If you want someone patient, understanding , and someone whom goes above and beyond for you, then Shalai is your realtor. There were so many times where I felt discouraged with how the market was this year so with so many cash offers but she was so optimistic in the best way. She allowed me room to breathe when needed and would constantly check in to see how I was feeling. She’s so quick to get back to any questions you have. I HIGHLY recommend her. My family loved her! We’ll be recommending her to all our friends and family 💕 and will continue to work with her in the future. Thank you!!!

When my process began with Shalai I was still on the fence whether to refinance my current home or purchase another. Her and I discussed it and she offered to send me some listings just to see if there was anything I was interested in. She established my profile put in several listings for me to look at. Once I found some I wanted to see she took care of everything. She made great use of my time no doubling back, was flexible to my very congested schedule. Positive attitude always supportive of what I was looking for, made appropriate suggestions and excellent communication from start to even after finish. I will suggest her to EVERYONE I know and when I look for my retirement home she will be my agent, I couldn't have had a better experience, thank you Shalai!

Shalai was amazing! She helped with the sale of our old home and purchase of new home all at the same time. There were a few hurdles or setbacks, but nothing from her or us, but potential buyers. Any issues she handled like the pro she is, we lost a buyer because of something they did, we re-listed and back pending with another buyer within hours. Helped us with contractors to finish some small stuff up before listing and even came and helped clean herself! She got us well over our asking price on our old house, and found the perfect house for our new one and even negotiated the price down quite a bit. Helped us with the deadlines, paperwork, and stress that comes with selling and purchasing of homes regardless if things went as we'd hoped or not she always had a solution. She was always quick to communicate with you or whoever need be. Her and her team of people she has surrounded herself with are the team you want to go with you will not be disappointed I highly recommend her!

If you want someone who's dedicated, hard working and really cares about their clients, Shalai is the best! She was available around the clock to help us on our house search. She put in so many bids, made so many phone calls, even went to homes when we weren't able to make it and sent videos! She made us feel like she was searching for not only a perfect home for us, but that it seemed like it was for her too!! She's not lacking in any part of her job! If you're looking for consistency, positivity, and on overall "next level realtor" Shailai is wonderful and a pleasure to go through the whole buying process with!
