About Shana

A Virginia native and Realtor since 2006, Shana earned her real estate license at the age of 19. She began her career representing a local developer, managing sales for new construction subdivisions in Central Virginia before transitioning into full-service residential sales while attending classes in business & leadership at University of Richmond. She incorporated her real estate business as Bloom Real Estate in 2014 and in 2017 she founded her own independent firm to expand upon her services, distinguish her approach, and to mentor and create job opportunities for other extraordinary individuals. In 2018 the National Association of Women Business Owners, recognized Shana as a “Rising Star Finalist” for making a visible impact in the industry & providing a unique service in a highly successful way. In her free time, she enjoys visiting with her family in Charlottesville, cooking at her home in Richmond, and exploring the James River trails with her rescue dogs Mazzy & Ziggy.
