My wife an I are bless to have Mrs. Bulter as our realtor. She mentor us from start to finish to ensure everything went perfectly before the pictures was taken. She stayed in contact and made sure we knew what was happening and what needed to be done.
If you’re looking to sell your home or even buy a home, look no further. Mrs. Shaniece will work day a night to make sure her customers are happy. She is a wonderful realtor an down to earth. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

When it comes to looking and working with a realtor, you don’t need to look any further. When it comes to buying or selling your home Mrs. Shaniece is the best at what she does. I’ve never met someone that I have connected with instantly. When I say that she has her clients best interests at heart she really does. Mrs. Shaniece is so talented at what she does and heavy on professional. All you have to do is give her a timeline on everything that you want done and cooperate with all the feedback that she gives you, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I 10/10 recommend Shaneice to be your realtor. She helped me immensely when my husband was away, and it was just me and my two daughters with getting our house In tip top shape very fast to get on the market. With just 6 viewings, an offer was made for the exact asking price. We were beyond impressed because we were told by another realtor that the market has slowed down a lot. Shaneice was very professional. She gave me specific timelines and walked me through everything every step of the way. I was so nervous about choosing a realtor, since it was our first time selling a home, but I could not be happier that we chose her because her confidence and hands on personality was exactly what we needed. Her husband also helped with many house renovations making the house look way more presentable for pictures. We would’ve had to hire someone without his help. They made the absolute best team, and we are so grateful.
