About Shannon

Shannon moved to the Treasure Valley in 1994 where she began a family and fell in love with everything Idaho has to offer. Her two sons, Zach and Jacob are grown and now in college, one at their local community college, CWI and the other at Boise State University. She and her boys are avid outdoor adventurists; snow skiing, mountain biking and recreating on our local lakes and rivers are all favorites. They are also fans of dining out at every new restaurant in town. When not working or playing, Shannon relaxes by entertaining for family and friends, cooking, reading, traveling and exercising. Shannon has a business and customer service background having owned and operated highly successful home-based businesses. Her life around real estate began as a little girl: her grandfather owned a brokerage; her grandmother was in escrow and her aunt was a successful realtor. That same aunt encouraged her to pursue a career in real estate knowing Shannon had the personality and characteristics of a hard-working real estate professional. When Shannon began her real estate career in 2015, she excelled and exceeded all her expectations. She was awarded the Circle of Excellence by the local Boise Regional Realtors for her sales volume both in 2017 and 2019. Shannon works hard in her full-time career to help her clients find the right home, sell their home and works in new construction helping clients built their dream home.
