Shannon Brewster

Shannon was licensed in real estate in 2015 and is the President of the Delaware County Board of Realtors and headed committees there as well as the Ohio Realtors.

She received her associates degree in Landscape Design & Construction in 2003 and has been a professional designer and consultant in central Ohio since the late 1990s.

Collaborating with people and achieving goals is a passion for Shannon. Her love of design, homes and Ohio drove her to a career that is a perfect match for her drive, diligence, compassion, and negotiation skills.

She has lived her entire life in central Ohio: as a child in Madison County, and twenty plus years in the heart of Columbus. Currently, Shannon resides in Delaware and lives in a home that was built around the late 1880s. She loves her vibrant downtown scene with parks, restaurants, shops, and breweries that is just a short walk from her home. This is a college town with beautiful old homes and a community committed to smart growth for the future with a healthy nod to the historic past.
