About Shannon

Home ownership is the best way for one to build and acquire equity. I've had a passion for real estate since 2000, where I've bought and sold investment properties as a hobby, and real estate seems to outlast and outperform most investments!

I moved to Lexington, KY in 1993, to attend the University of Kentucky. I then transferred to Midway College to finish my Bachelors in Business. I've had the privilege of owning my own business and the experience associated with being an entrepreneur.

I've been active in Rotary Club, LYSA and Surgery on Sunday and Habitat for Humanity. I feel one should give of their time or their resources or talents. Giving back is such a great way to help one's community.

I was an actor for many years, from elementary school through college. I received a partial scholarship to the University of Kentucky theatre department. I also owned my own theatre company and I learned the value of working hard and striving to provide the best show possible.
